We are better able to provide you with professional service and options if we have supporting documentation to verify the information contained in your application.  Please compile and provide a copy of the following items for all borrowers:

2 Years W-2's
1 full months pay stubs
Most recent 2 months bank statements, all pages
Most recent retirement account statements, all pages
Copy of your DL and SS Card
Name, phone number of your insurance agent

If you are refinancing an existing mortgage:  
Copy of the closing papers when you purchased the home
Most recent mortgage statement - showing the outstanding balance
Copy of your existing survey

If your are Self Employed and or earn more than 25% of your annual income on commission:  

2 years IRS Returns with all schedules - Most recent 2 years.  If you filed an extension, please provide a copy of the extension. 

If applicable:

Please provide a copy of your divorce decrees, child support agreements, Bankruptcy papers and discharge.
