Wes Masters has been in mortgage lending since 1995.  He moved his family from Amarillo to San Angelo in August of 2006 to develop the mortgage center for San Angelo National Bank; which is part of the First Financial BankShares (FFIN) family of banks and it is this relationship that allows San Angelo National Bank to bring a higher level of mortgage lending to our local market.  He is an FHA, VA and Conventional Underwriter and focuses on the utilization of mortgages as a strategic tool in wealth creation strategies, cash flow management and on the utilization of the mortgage to increase and/or preserve wealth.  A published author, he has received numerous recognitions for originations and creative financing and is an active member of the State and National Associations for both Mortgage Banking and Mortgage Brokering.  He has worked extensively with credit impaired borrowers and has assisted thousands of families through the home-buying process.  He is Pro-REALTOR and is passionate about mortgage lending.  He and his wife, Karla have been married 28 years and they have 4 children.  They currently reside in San Angelo, TX where you might see him riding a Waverunner around Lake Nasworthy wearing a mis-matched outfit that clashes with his jetski.  If you do, smile and realize that he might not be the king of fashion, but he does know mortgage lending.
